This gentleman emerges from the pages of an old book, a Christmas star-flake blanket draped on his arm.  A snow-kissed holiday tree appears,as well, its base surrounded in stones.  New leaves emerge from the pages, as well, and the torn front cover reveals the beginning pages, which include a winterscape path to lead the way - certainly the beginnings of the wonderful Holiday Stories this book holds.
